How Does it Work:

  • After you sign up, we'll do a consultation on whatsapp and discuss your preferred show dates, then you'll get a questionnaire to complete. the next stage is to return the completed questionnaire the next day. 

  • After the first initial payment is received I'll start designing your training plan, diet plan, supplement plan and anabolics cycle, your plans will be ready within 7 days. Perfection takes time and effort. 

  • Now follow your plan and put in the work!

  • We will be in contact everyday for advice and guidance if necessary

  • You will also need to hit me up for the weekly check-ins, and give me a progress update so I can adjust your program if necessary.

  • You can choose to compete in any competition worldwide, and I will always personally attend every client competition based in the UK, unfortunately i will be unable to attend in person any competition based outside of the UK due to the logistics involved, but any competition based in any country is welcome.
